What the UAE Means to You — Competition Terms & Conditions
1.Promoters
The competition is jointly organised by DMCC, SAM Precious Metals and Tokinvest FZCO (the “Organisers”).
2.Competition Period
The opening and closing dates and times will be published in the official campaign materials.
3.Eligibility
- UAE residents aged 18 years or over.
- Employees of the Organisers and immediate family members may be excluded.
- One entry per participant.
- Entries must be original works created by the entrant.
4.How to Enter
Participants must create a basic Tokinvest account, accept these Terms & Conditions, submit one original photograph or video with a caption explaining “What the UAE means to me”, and provide the requested contact information.
5.Marketing Consent
Competition administration communications are mandatory. Participants may separately opt in to receive future communications from DMCC, SAM Precious Metals and Tokinvest.
6.Judging
Independent judging panel. Criteria: Creativity 35%, Originality 25%, Storytelling 20%, Alignment with UAE values 20%. Judges’ decision is final.
7.Prize
VIP viewing of the Guinness World Record silver bar, private vault experience, hosted lunch, certificate of recognition and complimentary Silver Bar ARVA allocation subject to Tokinvest onboarding and eligibility requirements.
8.Intellectual Property
Entrants retain ownership of their submissions but grant the Organisers a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use submitted content for marketing, promotional, educational and publicity purposes.
9.Publicity
The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition.
10.Privacy
Personal information will be processed for competition administration and, where consent is provided, for future communications by the Organisers.
11.Disqualification
The Organisers may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, offensive or infringe third-party rights.
12.General
The Organisers may amend these Terms where reasonably necessary, substitute prizes of equivalent value and suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances require.
13.Regulatory
The competition will be conducted in accordance with applicable Dubai promotional campaign requirements. Nothing constitutes investment advice. Any Silver Bar ARVA prize remains subject to Tokinvest’s onboarding, eligibility and regulatory requirements.
