Scott Thiel is the CEO and founder of Tokinvest. He brings over 20 years of experience as an award-winning lawyer and entrepreneur. Scott played a key role in the advisory team that developed the VARA virtual assets regulatory framework.

Scott has been a long-term member of the Hedera LLC board and serves as a governing council representative. Additionally, he was a Senior Partner and global fintech co-chair for DLA Piper.

Matt Blom is the CSO of Tokinvest. He is a serial entrepreneur with over 27 years of senior management experience in the financial markets across the UK, UAE, and China.

After creating one of the UK’s most successful proprietary trading companies, he went on to build a worldwide private social media app and a globally regulated Nasdaq-listed digital asset business.

Matt is an advisor to multiple technology and Web3 startups and a regular guest as a crypto market specialist on Dubai Eye, Dubai One, and CNBC Arabia. He is also a former DFSA Registered Executive Officer.

James Byrne is the CTO at Tokinvest. James has over two decades of experience in finance, where he has spearheaded infrastructure transformation programs at top global banks.

After founding Digivault, the first standalone crypto custodian registered with the UK regulator, James served as CTO for five years. During his tenure, he developed a leading cold and warm crypto custody solution, processing more than $3 billion.

James regularly contributes to forums, discussing blockchain’s role in traditional finance and the evolution of security tokens.

Hasham Khan is the Head of Operations at Tokinvest. Hasham's background is in fintech and digital assets operations, most recently as Senior Operations Manager at Exinity Group, where Hasham led global customer operations across a multi-brand trading business, including onboarding, KYC and KYB, and account activation in a regulated environment.

At Tokinvest, Hasham leads operations, from the investor experience to the coordination behind each launch.

Alero Arubi is the Head of Compliance at Tokinvest. Alero's background is in regulated financial services compliance across banking, payments and digital assets, with previous roles at Equals Money, FirstBank UK and Crown Agents Bank, and in compliance for a DFSA-regulated firm in Dubai.

Matthew Slight is the Head of Digital at Tokinvest. Matthew has spent his career leading digital and product teams, including as Senior Manager of Digital Visitor Experience at Expo 2020 Dubai, where the programme brought millions of students to the event, and in technology and product leadership roles building data-driven platforms.

At Tokinvest, Matthew leads the website and the digital experience around the platform.

Fay Devin is the Senior Marketing Manager at Tokinvest. Fay brings around fourteen years of marketing experience in financial services, including nearly a decade at Lloyds Banking Group, from marketing apprentice to Wealth Marketing Manager, followed by work as a marketing consultant on CRM, lifecycle marketing and customer engagement.

At Tokinvest, Fay focuses on product marketing, customer journeys and growth, helping investors understand each product and building the marketing around their needs.

Martin Walker is the Head of Talent at Tokinvest. Martin Walker is a senior-level executive search professional specialising in the emerging Technology, FinTech, and Crypto sectors. With extensive experience across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, and the US.

Over the past two decades, Martin has partnered with globally recognised growth companies, from Series A startups to Fortune 500 firms, on mission-critical hires.

Martin has also established a reputation as a keynote speaker, emerging technology evangelist, and investor.
