Matt Blom is the CSO of Tokinvest. He is a serial entrepreneur with over 27 years of senior management experience in the financial markets across the UK, UAE, and China.

After creating one of the UK’s most successful proprietary trading companies, he went on to build a worldwide private social media app and a globally regulated Nasdaq-listed digital asset business.

Matt is an advisor to multiple technology and Web3 startups and a regular guest as a crypto market specialist on Dubai Eye, Dubai One, and CNBC Arabia. He is also a former DFSA Registered Executive Officer.

Robert is the COO and CRO at Tokinvest. Previously, he was the Founder and CEO of Digivault, the first standalone custodian to be granted a custodial registration under the UK FCA’s cryptoasset regime. Boasting two decades of leadership and management experience building world class teams in the defence and fintech sectors.  Rob has successfully delivered a number of complex high value programmes for some of the world’s largest MSPs, banks and the Ministry of Defence.
He is also a former Army Officer within the Commandos.

James Byrne is the CTO at Tokinvest. James has over two decades of experience in finance, where he has spearheaded infrastructure transformation programs at top global banks.

After founding Digivault, the first standalone crypto custodian registered with the UK regulator, James served as CTO for five years. During his tenure, he developed a leading cold and warm crypto custody solution, processing more than $3 billion.

James regularly contributes to forums, discussing blockchain’s role in traditional finance and the evolution of security tokens.

Heather Dale is the Head of Marketing at Tokinvest. Heather brings almost two decades of experience of public relations, branding and content creation experience to her clients. Having started her career as a journalist at the Financial Times in London and Hong Kong, she made the leap into public relations in 2013. During the past decade, she has worked with global, regional and start-up companies across the world advising on strategic communications, media relations, crisis communications, business launches and financial communications.

Martin Walker is the Head of Talent at Tokinvest. Martin Walker is a senior-level executive search professional specialising in the emerging Technology, FinTech, and Crypto sectors. With extensive experience across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, and the US.

Over the past two decades, Martin has partnered with globally recognised growth companies, from Series A startups to Fortune 500 firms, on mission-critical hires.

Martin has also established a reputation as a keynote speaker, emerging technology evangelist, and investor.

Mike Mingee is the CCO and MLRO of Tokinvest. With more than a decade of regulatory compliance and blockchain experience globally, Mike played a key role in the growth of industry leaders and start-ups such as Crypto.com, TOKO, Coinbase, and Visa. 

Mike has three decades of leadership and management experience, following graduation from the United States Military Academy at West Point, then serving as an US Army Infantry Officer for seven years.
