Security and Scam Warnings

Protecting our investors and our community is fundamental to how Tokinvest operates. As a virtual asset platform regulated by the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), we are unfortunately a target for fraudsters who misuse our name, logo, and reputation to lend false credibility to scams.

This page explains how to verify that a communication, website, or offering genuinely comes from Tokinvest, and lists known scams impersonating our brand. We update it whenever a new impersonation is identified.

How to verify genuine Tokinvest communications and offerings

Tokinvest DMCC is regulated by VARA. All genuine Tokinvest investment offerings are available exclusively through our platform at portal.tokinvest.capital and are subject to our onboarding, verification, and regulatory processes.

Our only official channels are:

If you encounter a channel, account, group, or website claiming to be Tokinvest that is not listed above, treat it as fraudulent and report it to us.

Tokinvest will never:

•     Contact you with unsolicited investment offers via direct message, WhatsApp, or Telegram.

•     Ask you to send funds to a wallet address shared on social media or in a chat group.

•     Ask for your passwords, private keys, or seed phrases - under any circumstances.

•     Pressure you to invest quickly or promise guaranteed returns.

Known scams and impersonations

The following scams misusing the Tokinvest brand have been identified. This list is updated as new impersonations come to our attention. If you spot something not listed here, please report it using the contact details below.

Fraudulent “$TOKINVEST” token on Solana

Identified: 5 July 2026  |  Status: Reported for removal

A cryptocurrency token using the name “TOKINVEST”, together with our logo, branding, and links to our official website and social media channels, was created and traded on the Solana blockchain via third-party platforms (Pump.fun / PumpSwap). Posts on X promoted the token using the $TOKINVEST ticker.

This token has no connection to Tokinvest. It was created without our knowledge or consent by an unknown third party. No Tokinvest system, platform, wallet, website, or account has been compromised.

We publish the contract address solely so that it can be identified and avoided. Do not buy, sell, trade, or otherwise interact with this token or contract. We have reported the token and the misuse of our brand to DEX Screener, Pump.fun, Solscan, and X, and are pursuing removal of all associated content.

If you have been affected by a scam

If you have purchased a fraudulent token, sent funds, or shared personal information with anyone impersonating Tokinvest, we would encourage you to report the matter to the platform on which it took place and to your local authorities. If you have received communications claiming to be from Tokinvest, please forward them to us using the details below so we can investigate and take action.
