Tokinvest and Maddox Gallery Partner to Bring Fractional Art Investment to Dubai
February 11, 2026 | News, Partnership

Dubai, UAE / London, UK – February 11, 2026: Tokinvest has announced a partnership with Maddox Gallery, a contemporary art gallery and art investment advisory, to tokenise physical artworks and offer fractional access to curated art investments.
The collaboration will focus on the tokenisation of real, investment-grade artworks strategically selected and advised on by Maddox, allowing investors to own a share of physical art rather than purchasing an entire piece outright. More details on the specific artworks to be tokenised are expected in the coming months, subject to regulatory approval.
The initiative reflects an evolution in contemporary art collecting, combining physical artworks with modern ownership structures while preserving the standards and selectivity of the traditional market. Each artwork will be carefully selected and limited in number, reflecting Maddox’s established criteria for quality, provenance and long-term collectability. It will operate alongside the gallery’s existing private sales and advisory approach.
Founded in 2015, Maddox operates leading galleries in London’s Mayfair and Dubai, and is recognised for its work with emerging, established and blue-chip artists, alongside a global art investment advisory serving collectors and investors worldwide.
The partnership brings together Maddox’s curatorial and advisory expertise with Tokinvest’s regulated investment infrastructure, making contemporary art accessible to a broader audience without requiring specialist art market or Web3 knowledge.
Scott Thiel, Co-Founder of Tokinvest, said:
“Art is one of the world’s most established alternative assets, but access has traditionally been limited to a very small group. By tokenising physical artworks, we’re enabling investors to participate in art investment in a way that feels familiar, regulated and easy to understand.”
Matthew Lord, Director (Middle East) at Maddox Gallery, said:
“Maddox has always focused on connecting collectors with exceptional art and long-term value. As the art market continues to evolve, this partnership allows us to extend that philosophy into a new ownership structure for physical artworks, while maintaining the standards of curation and advisory-led approach that define our galleries.”
Dubai plays a key role in the partnership, reflecting the city’s growing position as a global hub for alternative investments, wealth management and cultural capital. With Maddox’s presence in Dubai and Tokinvest’s regulated platform operating from the region, the collaboration aligns with increasing demand for sophisticated, accessible investment opportunities.
