 Meet Prudentia

Tokinvest’s First Public Drop

There is something enduring about thoroughbred racing. It sits at the intersection of sport, heritage and performance, shaped by discipline, patience and preparation.

For generations, racehorse participation has been aspirational but rarely accessible.

With Tokinvest’s first Drop, a structured alternative is introduced.

Introducing Prudentia (NZ)

Prudentia (NZ) is a four-year-old New Zealand-bred mare by Champion Sire Proisir, out of Little Bit Irish (by O’Reilly). She is trained in Matamata by Lance O’Sullivan ONZM and Andrew Scott of Wexford Stables.

She has already recorded a maiden victory and has competed across varied track conditions and distances.

Her breakthrough win came at Tauranga over 1400 metres on a Heavy10 surface, where she produced a decisive late run to score by 2.25 lengths. That performance highlighted her ability to handle testing winter ground conditions, an attribute often referred to in racing as a “mudlark.”

As she enters her rising five-year-old season, she continues her progression within New Zealand’s domestic racing programme.

Past performance of the horse, trainer, or facilities does not guarantee future racing results or earnings.

Pedigree and Residual Profile

Prudentia is by Proisir, New Zealand’s reigning Champion Sire. In recent seasons, Proisir’s service fee has increased significantly, reflecting strong demand within the breeding market.

Her dam, Little Bit Irish, has produced four winners from four runners, including Cork, a Listed Tauranga Classic winner who also performed well on wet tracks.

While pedigree alone does not determine performance, bloodlines can influence residual breeding value potential over time.

This represents both active racing participation and potential long-term broodmare profile, subject to racing performance, health, and market conditions.

The Team Behind Her

Wexford Stables, established in 1961, is one of New Zealand’s most recognised racing operations.

Lance O’Sullivan is a 12-time New Zealand Champion Jockey with 2,479 career wins, including victory in the 1989 Japan Cup aboard Horlicks. Since transitioning to training, he and Andrew Scott have produced over 600 winners, including multiple Group 1 champions such as Rocket Spade, Molly Bloom & Waitak.

Prudentia’s training, race placement and campaign strategy are managed entirely by Wexford Stables.

Tokinvest structures access to the lease rights. It does not direct sporting decisions.

The Signature Win: Tauranga

On 28 May 2025 at Tauranga, Prudentia settled at the rear of the field before producing a sustained finishing run in heavy conditions to win by 2.25 lengths.

Trainer Andrew Scott described her as:

“A big, robust filly who is going to crack on through the winter months.”

That performance demonstrated resilience in demanding conditions, though future racing results remain uncertain.

Why Tokenise a Racehorse?

Traditional racehorse participation typically involves full ownership, private syndicates or significant capital commitments.

Tokinvest introduces a structured digital lease model.

Participants in this Drop receive:

A pro-rata share of 75% of eligible net race earnings (after deduction of applicable racing, training, veterinary, insurance, and administrative costs), distributed quarterly in accordance with the lease agreement.

Participation is recorded digitally through Tokinvest’s regulated platform.

The asset is real.
The campaign is active.
The structure is defined.

This is not speculative exposure to an abstract instrument.

It represents participation in a real-world asset within a structured lease framework.

However, racing performance and earnings remain uncertain and may result in partial or total loss.

Drop Opens 24 February

Prudentia will be released as Tokinvest’s first racehorse Drop.

Eligible, verified users may participate during the defined window, subject to availability and regulatory approval.

Preparation requires:

    Risk Disclosure

Participation in a tokenised horse lease involves significant risk, including potential loss of capital.

Participants receive a pro-rata share of 75% of eligible net race earnings (after deduction of racing, training, veterinary, insurance, and administrative costs), distributed quarterly in accordance with the lease agreement.

Racing performance is inherently uncertain. Earnings are not guaranteed and may result in partial or total loss.

Past performance of the horse, trainer, bloodline, or facilities does not guarantee future racing results or earnings.

Residual breeding value is dependent on multiple factors including health, race performance, market demand and industry conditions.

Tokens represent a structured interest in defined lease rights. They are not deposits, savings products, or guaranteed investments.

Product availability is subject to regulatory approval, jurisdictional eligibility, and platform requirements.
