Dubai Racing Club and Tokinvest Announce Partnership to Develop a Global Equine Token Marketplace

Dubai, UAE - January 20th, 2026: Dubai Racing Club, today announces a partnership with Dubai-based Tokinvest, and plans to explore the launch of a pioneering racehorse tokenisation programme, with the ambition of creating a global equine token marketplace and introducing new ways for fans to engage with elite horseracing.
The proposed programme would enable fans and investors to purchase digital tokens linked to a horse’s racing campaign. Token holders would be able to participate in race earnings associated with the tokenised portion of a horse and access tiered race-day experiences, with benefits varying by tier. The programme is subject to regulatory approval and is not yet available to the public. Select tiers may include premium hospitality, stable visits, and curated behind-the-scenes moments connected to the racing journey.
The parties are targeting a debut during the 2026/27 racing season in Dubai, subject to regulatory and operational readiness. Further details, including the racehorses and participation tiers, will be announced ahead of launch.
By combining regulated digital participation with real-world experiences, the programme offers supporters a deeper, more immersive connection to the sport, bridging the heritage of horseracing with next-generation financial infrastructure.

Tokinvest, a Dubai-licensed issuer and broker-dealer, will manage the tokenisation and lifecycle of the product as well as overseeing investor onboarding, KYC/AML, digital asset custody, and transparent earnings distribution
